Privacy Policy

• Candidate submissions. When you use our submission form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, current title, current market, the optional “sell yourself” text you write, your resume, and the date and time you agreed to this policy.
• Contact form messages. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, who you are (for example, a bank or a candidate), and your message.
• Technical data. Our website is delivered and protected by Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details to serve pages and block abuse. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks signals from your browser to tell people from automated bots. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

• To review your candidacy and contact you about opportunities that fit.
• To respond to messages sent through our contact form.
• To keep our forms free of spam and abuse.

• Alpha Search. Submissions and resumes are visible only to Alpha Search staff, through our private, sign-in-only admin system.
• Banks. Banks do not see your submission or resume through our website or Talent Portal. If we take you forward, we write an anonymous profile after vetting, and banks on our invite-only Talent Portal see only that profile. With your go-ahead, and only then, we share your name, profile and resume with a specific bank about a specific opportunity.
• Service providers. We use a small number of providers to run our website and systems: Cloudflare (website hosting and security), Vercel (application hosting), Supabase (database and file storage), and Resend (email delivery). They process information only to provide those services to us.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Information travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Submissions are stored in a private database, and resumes in private file storage with no public access. Only signed-in Alpha Search staff can view them. Resume download links are created on request and expire after 60 seconds.

• Submissions we don't take forward are deleted automatically, record and resume, 12 months after you submit them.
• Submissions we take forward are kept while your profile is listed on our Talent Portal.
• Contact form messages are kept in our email for as long as we need them to handle your inquiry and keep normal business records.

To see the information we hold about you, or to have your submission deleted sooner, email [email protected]. Deleting a submission removes both the record and the resume.

Our services are for working professionals and are not directed at anyone under 18.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. Each submission records the version of the policy that was in place when it was sent.
