- 1A recruiter reads every submission personally.
- 2If there's a fit, we call you before anything else happens.
- 3If we take you forward, we write an anonymous profile for our Talent Portal. Partner banks see your experience, never your name or resume.
- 4Your name and resume go to a specific bank only when you give the go-ahead.
- 5If we don't take it forward, your submission is deleted after 12 months, or sooner if you ask.
