- Do you charge candidates anything?
- No, never. Candidates pay nothing. Our fee is paid by the client doing the hiring, so a candidate working with Alpha Search is never charged.
- How confidential is my job search?
- Completely. Nothing happens without your knowledge and your say-so: we do not share your name, send your resume, or talk to an employer about you until you have agreed to it. Your search stays as quiet as the situation calls for.
- What markets and areas do you cover?
- Our Commercial Banking practice works with community and regional banks across Texas, Oklahoma, and the surrounding region, and wherever the right search takes us. We also run a dedicated Aerospace & Defense practice.
- How does the search process work?
- Through a deep network we find the right opportunity, then source and thoroughly vet the candidates who genuinely fit. From there we guide the process the whole way through: interview prep, preparing both sides before each conversation, flagging what to watch for, and negotiating the offer. Whatever help the candidate or the client needs along the way, we talk them through it.

- Because we spend all our time in the industries we serve, we understand the business itself: the terminology, how the work actually gets done, and what happens behind the scenes. We can hold a real conversation with a lender or a bank because we have learned the work, not just the hiring. Two decades in the market means the relationships run deep; people we placed early in their careers are now senior leaders, and those relationships do not reset. And when we place someone, the fit matters more than the fee: a move like this is a big decision for someone's future, and we care whether it is genuinely the right one, not just whether it closes.
